CANNED FOOD COLLECTION - This past weekend, the Knights of Columbus Canned Food Collection achieved a historic milestone! We collected our 250,000th pound of food for distribution to the needy of our area. The Knights are humbled by the generosity our parishioners have shown to our enduring program! As we embark on collecting the next 250,000 pounds, we ask for your continued support of our ministry to the hungry. Starting this weekend, the Knights of Columbus will begin collections for the annual St. Vincent de Paul Christmas Giveaway. Our collections will continue every weekend through December 8 & 9. The trailer will be set up between the school and the church entrance. Canned goods can also be placed in our wagon on the opposite side of the church. We thank everyone who have made our previous Christmas Giveaways so successful and we ask for your continuous support of this year’s Christmas food collection efforts.

OPLATKI - The breaking of the Christmas Wafer is a custom that began in Poland in the 10th century and is practiced by people of Polish ancestry around the world. It is considered the most ancient and beloved of Polish traditions. Oplatki, or Christmas Wafers, are available in the Parish Office for no charge (while supplies last).
